- If AT *DOES* change hands, there will have to be a review of it's objectives, a
- possible realignment of them and all the myriad of things it takes in order to
- swap ownership of the company. None of these are either positive or negative
- but they DO take time. Then, there is the matter of the new parent company
- coming up with cash after spending $X million to buy it. In the meantime, people
- have to be paid etc. Now that HAS to stop or slow R&D. There can be no other way
- around it. It is the way things happen in buyouts.

- Now if Escom keep AT, we have a cash strapped company trying to support the

- One is not necessarily better than the other but both mean a slowdown of
- R&D at the very least. It is just normal takeover tactics on the one hand or
- normal mathematics of cash on the other. Take your pick.
